7 concession agreements are expected to be signed, 1 agreement on municipal-private partnership, with a total capacity of 10 470 seats, and the duration of concession agreements of at least 8 years.

Investment amount: 12,9 billion rubles

Involvement of the Ugra Development Foundation:

– project structuring (development of a financial model, tender documentation, a concession agreement, a direct agreement, draft regulatory legal acts of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Ugra);

– comprehensive support of the project at all phases of implementation.
