Business scope: waste disposal and recycling of useful fractions of MSW.

Location: Khanty-Mansiysky municipal area

Implementation period: 2019–2046

Goal: to improve the environmental situation in the city of Khanty-Mansiysk, settlements of the Khanty-Mansiysky municipal area by creating a landfill with a capacity of 50 thousand tons per year and an operational lifespan of at least 22 years.

Investment amount: 0,9 billion rubles

Jobs to be created: 43

Involvement of the Ugra Development Foundation:

– project structuring (development of a financial model, tender documentation, a concession agreement, a direct agreement, draft regulatory legal acts of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Ugra);

–  comprehensive support of the project at all phases of implementation.
