Business scope: waste disposal and recycling of useful fractions of MSW.

Location: Surgutsky municipal area

Implementation period: 2019 – 2044

Goal: to improve the environmental situation in the cities of Surgut and Kogalym, settlements of the Surgutsky municipal area by creating a landfill with a capacity of 200 thousand tons per year and an operational lifespan of at least 22 years

Investment amount: 3,4 billion rubles

Jobs to be created: 105

Involvement of the Ugra Development Foundation:

– project structuring (development of a financial model, tender documentation, a concession agreement, a direct agreement, draft regulatory legal acts of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Ugra);

–  comprehensive support of the project at all phases of implementation.
